Ate out for breakfast / lunch at Hong Kong Noodle

Hong Kong Express. Hong Kong Noodle Jeannette corrected me. After I absent-mindedly repeated the mistake, Jeannette cried "Noodle! There’s a big difference!"
In the early afternoon we went grocery shopping
--1 stale gummy worm (from food bin)
--1 orange
Jeannette was upset I couldn't wait ‘til we got home.
I told her I couldn’t help it, my blood sugar level was low, she wasn’t having it, she complained
"Boys are always hungry."
Dinner
--ginger chicken (home made)
water, white rice, chicken, green onions, ginger, shi-take mushrooms, dried shrimp, chicken broth (MSG cube)
--corn milk drink
corn flour, water, milk, cinnamon, coco-mix, vanilla
(Jeannette "Gross")
Later we went out for a few drinks
--artichoke dip ("Best in the City") w/ toasted French bread

--blind Russian (me), mind erasure (me), gin & tonic (Jeannette), cranberry vodka (Jeannette), a shot she can’t remember
(By the end of the night she was speaking mostly French to me).

朝食・昼食兼用に「香港ヌードル」で
・水餃子のヌードル・スープ
・大豆の飲物
・お茶
「ホンコン・エクスプレス」。「ホンコン・ヌードル」とジェネットが訂正した。その後何度も放心したようにまちがいを繰り返した僕に向かってジェネットが叫んだ。
「ヌードル！全然ちがうでしょ！」
午後、食料を買いに出掛ける。
・堅くなった「ガミー・ウォーム*」１個
・オレンジ １個
僕が家に帰るまで食べるのを待てなかったので、ジェネットの機嫌が悪くなった。「しょうがないじゃないか、血糖値が低くなったんだから」と言ったらジェネットは聞く耳を持たず、「男の子っていつもおなか空いてるのよね」と文句を言った。
夕食
・鶏肉のしょうが焼き（自家製）
水、白米、鶏肉、長ねぎ、しょうが、しいたけ、乾燥エビ、チキンスープの元（味の素キューブ）
・コーンミルク飲料
コーンスターチ、水、ミルク、シナモン、ココアミックス、バニラ（ジェネットいわく、「きもち悪い」）
その後バーに飲みに行く。
・アーティチョーク・ディップ（街で一番の）とフレンチ・トースト
（お酒‥‥）
・ブラインド・ロッシアン（僕）、マインド・イレイジュア（僕）、ジン＆トニック（ジェネット）、クランベリー・ヴォッカ（ジェネット）、ジェネットの覚えていない１杯
（明け方近くなると、ジェネットはほとんどフランス語のみで僕に話しかけていた。）
*ミミズの形をしたグミのようなお菓子

Comimos fuera el desayuno/ almuerzo en el Hong Kong Noodle

Hong Kong Express. Hong Kong Noodle, me corrigió Jeannette. Cuando distraídamente repetí el error, Jeannette gritó "¡Noodle! ¡Hay una gran diferencia!".
Temprano en la tarde fuimos a comprar comestibles.
--Un "gummy worm" rancio (de la reserva de comida)
--Una naranja
Jeannette estaba molesta por que no pude esperar a llegar a la casa. Le dije que no podía evitarlo, tenía el nivel de azúcar bajo y ella no lo había cogido. Ella dijo quejándose "los nenes siempre están hambrientos".
Cena
--pollo con jengibre (hecho en casa) agua, arroz blanco, pollo, cebollas verdes, jengibre, setas shi-take, camarones secos, caldo de pollo (cubito MSG)
--bebida de leche de trigo
harina de trigo, agua, leche, canela, mezcla de cocoa, vainilla (Jeannette "Que asco")
Más tarde salimos para darnos unos tragos.
--salsa de alcachofa ("La mejor en la ciudad") con pan francés tostado
(Tragos...)
--Blind Russian (yo), Mind Erasure (yo), gin & tonic (Jeannette), vodka con cranberry (Jeannette), un trago de algo que no recuerda.
(Al final de la noche ella me hablaba mayormente en francés)
Jeudi
Sommes allés à midi au Honk-Hong Noodle
- dumpling noodle soupe (tn:comme une espèce de soupe avec nouilles et raviolis bouillis)
- boisson au soja
- thé
Honk Kong Express. Honk Hong Noodle, Jeanette me corrigea. Après avoir distraitement répété la même erreur, Jeanette s’exclama “Nouille! Il y a quand même une grande différence!”
En début d’après-midi, nous sommes allés faire des courses.
- 1 Gummy Worm rassis (en solde) (tn:confiserie gélifiée en forme de ver)
- 1 orange
Jeanette était un peu dégoûtée que je ne puisse pas patienter jusqu’au retour à la maison. Je lui ai dit que je n’y pouvais rien, mon taux glucémique était très bas. Pas convaincue, elle se plaignit que “les garçons ont toujours faim”.
Dîner
- poulet au gingembre (fait à la maison)
eau, riz blanc, poulet, ciboulette, gingembre, champignons shi-take, crevettes sèchées/lyophilisées, bouillon de poulet (Magi cube)
- Boisson au mais et au lait
polenta, eau, lait, cannelle, cacao en poudre, vanille
(Jeanette “Beurk”)
Plus tard nous sommes allés prendre un verre
- préparation composée principalement d’artichauds (la meilleure en ville) dans laquelle on trempe des tranches de baguette grillée

- Blind Russian (moi), Mind Erasure (moi), Gin et Tonic (Jeanette), Vodka-jus d’airelle (Jeanette), une liqueur forte dont elle ne se souvient pas
(A la fin de la soirée elle me parlait principalement en français)
